Trouble Logging In
If you already have a Life Death Prizes account and you have received the message Your password or username is incorrect when trying to login then you may have entered your login details incorrectly. Please check them carefully and make sure you are not using your old puzzlesandprizes login. That account has now closed. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
If you do not have a Life Death Prizes account, you will need to register to be able to submit your puzzle answers. Click on the Join now button on the top right of the screen to register.
Trouble Registering
Click on the Join now button on the top right of the screen. Complete the form to join. You will need a password of at least eight characters, starting with a character and including at least one number.
When registering, if you receive the message This email address is already registered then this means that this address is already tied to a Life Death Prizes account. This could be an old account that you have created and forgotten about or deactivated. In this instance all you need to do is log in.
If you are registering for the first time and the address finder does not find your address then please contact us.
Forgotten Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password for your Life Death Prizes account then click the Forgotten Password link just below the login box. Enter your email address in the box provided and we will send you an email telling you how to reset your password. Usually this email will come through immediately, however at times of high demand this may take a little longer to come through. If you do not receive an email within an hour of requesting it see the Forgotten PAssword Email Not Received section on this page.
Forgotten Password Email Not Received
If you don't receive an email after you have followed the 'forgotten your password' instruction then you may not be registered to Life Death Prizes. Please try registering. If your email address has already been used to register you will be notified of this.
If you know that you are registered but have still not received the forgotten password email after an hour, then please contact us.
Forgotten Password Link Within Email Does Not Work
In order for our technical team to investigate the issue please contact us and include the link that isn't working in your comment.
Reactivating Your Account
To reactivate or deactivated an account, log in and go to your Account Details page. Here you can make changes to your account details, please ensure that your address and telephone details are up to date so we know how to contact you and where to send your prize to if you win! To reactivate your account, un-tick the checkbox next to Membership: where it says 'Please tick if you would like to deactivate your account.' Then click the update button at the bottom of the page to save your changes to your account. You will receive an email notifying you that changes have been made to your account.
Did you make a mistake with your details on registering?
You can make changes to your account. Simply login, access Account Details in the menu on the left hand side of the page. You will be able to update your personal details here.
Having trouble finding where to enter your puzzle answers?
Simply visit comps.lifedeathprizes.com/puzzles
Alternatively, from the competition homepage comps.lifedeathprizes.com you can click on Puzzles in the menu near the top of the webpage.
You will land on a page that displays the covers of the magazines that are currently accepting competition entries.
Click on the cover of the magazine you want and you will go to the page where you can submit your answers.
Make sure you complete your puzzle entry .
Once you have filled in your answers, click the Go for it! button. Then you may be asked to answer a couple of special offer questions and submit your entry. You must answer these to complete your entry.
