Born out of a desire to create a happy, stress-free shopping experience, The House of Eden was set up in 2020, the brainchild of frustrated shopper, Louisa McLean. After endless shopping trips resulting in despair at the vast amount of size differences between brands, Louisa decided to take matters into her own hands and her dream became a reality during the height of lockdown in Summer 2020.
Stocking a wide range of one-size clothing, accessories, and home/giftware, The House of Eden is a multi-channel outlet, being available online, through a bricks and mortar store in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham and at various events in the North-East of England in a converted horsebox, a quirky little 'shop on wheels' named Hettie.
