Higgidy are offering ten lucky winners the chance to fill their fridge with their new Steak Ragu Pie with Crispy Potato, the perfect sofa supper as the Autumn nights approach.
This warming pie is filled with beef that has been cooked slowly with tomatoes, carrots and Italian red wine to make a rich hearty stew. The pie is then topped with crispy potatoes for a little bit of crunch. The Special Guest pie is on shelves from September to November and uses ingredients just like you would find in your kitchen cupboard at home. Higgidy’s pies are baked in small batches and finished by hand by the cooks in the Higgidy Kitchen.
