The Festival of Discovery is a playful children’s festival inspired by space, science and nature. It has 6 themed areas to explore and it’s jam packed full of activities over two days in May School holiday, located on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, North Wales.
Known as one of the best festivals in North Wales made just for kids, they can learn about the Galaxy in the Space observatory, experiment in the Science tent, break dance in the silent disco, climb aboard the aeroplane in the power park, and cook up a right old mess in the cookery workshops.
It’s a place to become a scientist just for a day, and get involved with over 50 extraordinary science exhibits.
Over two days of wondrous fun made just for the kids.
Wander around the festival grounds, get involved in science tests, build a bridge in the engineering park and bake some food in the Kiddy cook station. Theres lots of other things to while the day away, the food hall has superb local food, and in the crafting area you can make some rather cool things to take home.
It's a great short break for the family with over 50 exhibits to inspire your child's imagination.
